Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the Company for the fiscal year 2025 and the press release for the Financial data on the websites of the Company (www.kekrops.gr) and the Euronext Athens (www.athexgroup.gr): Wednesday, April 29, 2026 (following the closing of Euronext Athens trading session).
Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company: Friday, June 5, 2026
Publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the Company for the fiscal year 2026: Friday, September 18, 2026 (indicative date).
The Board of Directors of the Company intends to propose to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute a dividend for the fiscal year 2025.
The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, informing the investing community in good time by amending the document, in accordance with the provisions of the Euronext Athens Rulebook.
