The Company is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors. Its’ term expires on June 6, 2029. Its’ composition is as follows:
All members of the Board of Directors have Greek citizenship. None of the members of the Board of Directors and the Executives of the Company has been convicted of dishonorable acts or financial crimes, nor is it involved in litigation related to bankruptcy, criminal act or prohibition of doing business, trading as a professional, executives of banks and insurance companies, executives of securities brokerage companies, etc.
General Manager of the Company is Mr. Ioannis Schoinas.
By the BoD’s decision and according to the more specific provisions of the BoD decision on 06.06.2025, representation and commitment rights of the Company granted to Messrs. Dimitrios Klonis President, Stylianos Alexopoulos Vice President, Petros Souretis Chief Executive Officer and Ioannis Schoinas, General Manager.
Mr. Antonis Koletsas, Economist, was appointed Internal Auditor of the Company by the decision of the BoD of October 24, 2019.
The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders of 06.06.2025, decided the Company’s Audit Committee to be a Board of Directors Committee, with a term equal to that of the Board of Directors and consisting of three Non-Executive Members of the Board of Directors, which to be appointed by the Board of Directors.

The Audit Committee was formed during its meeting on 06.06.2025 in a body and elected Mrs. Aikaterini Droulia as Chairman of the Committee.
Dr. Klonis holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business and M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of London. He has received a number of educational awards and scholarships from the Greek Government, the Bank of Greece, and the “Alexander S. Onassis” Foundation. Dr. Klonis served as a Senior Economist in the Research Department of the Bank of Greece until March 1994, as a Professor at Deree College (1987-1997) and as a Member of the Council of Economic Advisors to the Mayor of Athens (1990 to 1992).
Dr. Klonis joined INTRACOM in April 1994, he is Member of the Board of Directors since October 1995, and, ever since, member of SEV’s General Council as well. He has served as General Manager, Finance & Administration (1994-2004), as Executive General Manager of the Corporate Center (2005-2006), as Executive Director, Group Financial Management (2006-2011) and as Vice-Chairman & Deputy CEO (2011-2013).
In January 2014 he was appointed Chairman of the BoD of INTRACOM HOLDINGS and Chairman of the BoD of INTRACOM HOLDINGS’ subsidiaries (namely INTRASOFT INTERNATIONAL, INTRAKAT, INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS/IDE and HELLAS ONLINE), which place he held until December 2018. He was also a Member of the BoD of INTRALOT (1995-2020). From July 2016 until December 2018 he also served as INTRACOM HOLDINGS Chairman and CEO and from December 2018 until December 2022 as Vice Chairman and CEO.
Following the successful transformation of INTRACOM to an investment company, in January 2023 Dr. Klonis was appointed Vice Chairman of INTRACOM HOLDINGS BoD and Chairman of the BoD of EVROPI HOLDINGS, INTRADEVELOPMENT, KOUFONISIA HOTEL & RESORT, whilst remaining Chairman of the BoD of KEKROPS S.A. since 1999.
In July 2024 he was appointed 1st Vice Chairman of EUROPΑ INSURANCE.
He was born in Athens in 1961. He graduated from the Department of Economics of ASOEE and from the Department of Business Administration of the JOHAN WOLFGANG GOETHE UNIVERSITAET University of Frankfurt.
He joined the GEK TERNA Group in 2001, as the Financial Director of the Holdings Department. He is active in the management of Real Estate projects & concessions of the Group, holding the position of Chairman or CEO or Managing Director of subsidiaries of the Group and has the duties of Executive Director of subsidiaries of the Group GEK TERNA in Bulgaria and Romania. He speaks excellent English and German and is a member of the Chamber of Economic.
He was born in Athens in 1952, graduated from the Varvakeio School, and holds degrees as a Surveying Engineer from the School of Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and as a Civil Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens. He also holds a Class D contractor’s license according to the Register of Greek Constructors.
His professional career began at GEK S.A. in 1979, where he became a Board Member in 1981. From 2000 to 2019, he served as a Board Member of TERNA S.A., including as Chairman of the Board from 2011 to 2016. Since 2005, he has been leading the Group’s activities in the MENA region.

Born in Athens in 1973. Economist with post graduate studies(ΜΒΑ) from Athens University of Economics and Business and from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Diploma in Financial Management). He has over 20 year experience in Real Estate development and Management. In 2004 after working in large consulting firms in the fields of Real Estate & Hospitality he joined INTRAKAT Group as Real Estate Development Director. Since 2015 he holds executive positions in INTRADEVELOPMENT a member of INTRACOM HOLDINGS Group. Since October 2014 he holds the position of General Manager in KEKROPS S.A.
Mr. Bakagiannis is a Graduate Civil Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens (1998) and holds an MBA in International Business & Management (2003) from Cass Business School (City University London).
He has twenty years of experience in the construction and development of large sectors. In the period 2007-2015, he was a Development Director in investment funds focusing on the development of commercial real estate (shopping centers-offices-hotels-residential) in Greece and Eastern Europe.
From 2016 he took over as General Manager of INTRADEVELOPMENT and made significant investments in the tourism sector and he later became General Manager of the Real Estate department of INTRAKAT. He has been a founding member of INTRACOM PROPERTIES and CEO since September 2022 , whilst in May 2023 he had been appointed CEO to KLM S.A. Following the merger of INTRACOM PROPERTIES and KLM S.A. , Mr. Bakagiannis is the CEO of EVROPI HOLDINGS while he also holds positions in BoD’s of companies where INTRACOM HOLDINGS Group is stakeholder.
She studied Political Science at Panteion University and Industrial Psychology at the University of Sussex in England. She worked at CITABANK, at the BANK OF GREECE, at the Minister of Finance in the Government of National Unity (1974) and then at the Office of the then Prime Minister Konstantinos Karamanlis. From 1981 she worked at the IONIAN BANK, at the Marketing and Public Relations Department, at the Press Office of the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Public Works and at the SOLID ADVERTISING Company. From 1992 to 2000 she took over the Personnel, PROMOTION & COMMUNICATION Department of PIRAEUS BANK as the General Manager and from 2002 until 2018 she was the President of the Piraeus Group Cultural Foundation and the Bank’s Corporate Responsibility Manager, implementing pioneering actions with a strong environmental and social footprint that later formed the basis for compliance with the ESG criteria. Since 2019 she is Vice President of the Board of Directors of LYKTOS HOLDING and deals with the business activities of the Group. From 2020 until July 2024, she was the President of the company SEMELI WINERY.
Mrs. Droulia is an Economist and a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business. She has 20 years of professional experience in financial and accounting management, as well as in IFRS financial reporting, in both private and public sector companies.
Since January 2017, she has been working at the accounting and tax services firm KPC Finance as Executive Director and Member of the Board of Directors.
From January 2016 to January 2017, she worked at ONEDEALER SOCIETE ANONYME OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY & HOLDINGS as Group Financing Manager – Senior Accountant.
From July 2013 to October 2015, she worked at Public Power Corporation (PPC) as an Officer in the Investor Relations and Treasury Department – Debt Section.
From February 2006 to August 2012, she worked at the ALAPIS Group in various positions, including Group Credit Control Manager and Group Financing Manager.
Born in Kalamata in 1960. Physicist with a postgraduate degree from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens in Meteorology, diploma in programming and information systems analysis and Project Management certification (PMP PMI USA2013 – License Number 1653964) with experience in banking and Real Estate & Facility Management, .
She has worked as a Project Manager in ΙΤ and Real Estate & Facility Management projects, and at the Agricultural Bank of Greece for a number of years as a Deputy Director of Electronic Banking Division and as a Project Manager (IT Program & Portfolio Management) in the Leading Project Management Team (PMO) of the Management Division.
She had been a member of the Board of other S.A.companies and a member of standing committees of the Hellenic Banking Association (EET) as a representative of the Bank and a member of the E-invoicing Project Team at EET and DIAS (DIAS Inter-banking systems).
